Description
This BYD Shark 6 grille gives your front end a bold vertical slat look in gloss black, with a direct fit made for the Shark 6.
Key Features
- Direct fit made for the BYD Shark 6, no cutting or drilling.
- Vertical slat design slats with horizontal cross bars give your Shark 6 a rugged, aggressive front end.
- Gloss black finish made from plastic for a clean, blacked out look.
- Open slat styling a full width grille that frames the front of your Shark 6 and fills the factory opening.
- Savage badge sits low in the grille for a finished, custom look.
- Moulded mounting points built into the rear of the grille for a secure, model specific fit.
- Grille unit included the Savage grille with badge. Fitting instructions are not included.
Fitting
This is not an easy DIY job. The factory front bar needs to come off and the back of the grille housing needs to be stripped down to swap the grille over, and you will need trim tools. If you already have an aftermarket bull bar fitted, it may not need to come off, depending on the brand. Allow around 2.5 hours. Fitting instructions are not included. We recommend professional fitting, so get in touch and our team can book it in for you.

Can I fit it myself?
It is a direct fit with no cutting, but it is not an easy DIY job. The factory front bar has to come off, the back of the grille housing gets stripped down, and you will need trim tools. We recommend professional fitting.
How long does it take to fit?
Allow around 2.5 hours.
Do I need to remove my bull bar?
It depends on the brand. With some aftermarket bull bars the grille can be swapped without taking the bar off. Get in touch with our team and we can confirm for your setup.

I am happy with this rack. Initially I thought a lower profile rack might have been better but I have a large dog half Swiss Shepherd/ half Husky and she fits nicely under the rack. The picture is my son’s smaller dog. It is also good when taking stuff to the dump. Gives a bit more space under and then can go over it as well. It has grown on me and I think it makes the car look more rugged.

Also good accessories. Well done and thanks for fitting everything on my Tank 300 looks great and it fits the purpose.

Have been shopping for Canopies and accessories for my Shark and wanted a particular design for my Canopy. The Savagetech Canopy fulfilled my requirements with central locking handle. It evens comes standard with Central locking fitted to all openings. Was very easy to install by throwing away the included instructions and watching their assembly video. All required lights were included as well as the patch cables needed to make them work. I had to call support a couple of time for clarification on wiring and they were super helpful. I highly recommend this Canopy for your Shark.
