Founded in 2021, Savage Tech Australia began with a vision to transform the 4x4 industry for Chinese vehicles in Australia. In 2020, we purchased one of the first five GWM Cannon utes in Queensland and quickly noticed a significant gap in the market. There was a lack of passion and respect for Chinese 4x4 vehicles, with major companies dismissing them and treating customers poorly when they sought parts and support.

As lifelong car enthusiasts, we were intrigued by the rapid advancements in China’s automotive industry. Their vehicles were evolving quickly, offering impressive quality and innovation at a great price point. Recognizing their potential, we decided to champion Chinese 4x4s in Australia by providing the parts and accessories they deserved.

Savage Tech Australia was officially launched in May 2021 by myself and my business partner, Rico. We met at a Karcher car wash in Brisbane, where we struck up a conversation about our shared passion for cars. That moment sparked a partnership, and together we began designing, manufacturing, and sourcing some of the best parts for these vehicles.

From humble beginnings in my mum’s garage in Coorparoo to our first shared shed in Meadowbrook, we quickly outgrew every space. We moved to a 380-square-metre warehouse in Springwood, then to an 800-square-metre facility in Loganholme, and now proudly operate out of a 1,500-square-metre warehouse.

At Savage Tech Australia, we’re dedicated to supporting Chinese 4x4 enthusiasts by delivering high-quality, innovative parts, from suspension kits and snorkels to roof platforms and bullbars. Beyond affordability, we’re excited about the luxury and performance these vehicles now offer, and we’re committed to helping them thrive in the Australian market.
