If you are not satisfied with the items received, we can easily arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to seek refund the purchased items within 3 days in its original state (opened and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from

Process of Return/Refund
Refund is processed within 48 hours. We can only offer a refund if you contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
