These terms apply to installation and fitting services booked with Savage Offroad at our Loganholme workshop. They form part of your purchase when you buy an installation product.
Booking your fitting
Installation is booked after your order is paid. We will text or call you within one business day to lock in a date and time. Please have your vehicle's make, model, variant and rego ready.
Changing or cancelling a booking
- 2 business days' notice or more: you can change or cancel at no cost. Cancelled fitting is refunded in full.
- Less than 2 business days' notice: your first reschedule is free. A second late change, or a late cancellation, incurs a $160 fee.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations: $160, or $320 for full-day jobs such as bull bars and canopies.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Notice is counted from the start time of your booking. Fees are deducted from the refund of your installation product; the parts you purchased are not affected.
When fees don't apply
No fee applies if we move your booking, if parts are delayed on our side, or in a genuine emergency. We'll always use common sense.
On the day
Please arrive at your booked time with the vehicle empty of personal items in the area being worked on. If your vehicle isn't as described at purchase (for example a different variant, or existing accessories that affect the fit), extra labour may be charged at our workshop rate of $160 per hour, and we will confirm with you before proceeding.
