Our Story

From Garage Dream to National Brand

Founded in 2021, Savage Tech Australia began with a vision to transform the 4x4 industry for Chinese vehicles in Australia. In 2020, we purchased one of the first five GWM Cannon utes in Queensland and quickly noticed a significant gap in the market. There was a lack of passion and respect for Chinese 4x4 vehicles, with major companies dismissing them and treating customers poorly when they sought parts and support.

As lifelong car enthusiasts, we were intrigued by the rapid advancements in the Chinese car market. What really caught our attention was the potential of these vehicles — they were not just affordable alternatives but innovative and full of potential.
