SAVAGE DRIFT KART 36V 500W

The Savage Drift Kart is built for drifting and fun, not traditional driving. It works differently from a normal go kart, so it's worth understanding the controls before your first run.

Basic Operation

The accelerator is a foot pedal. Press down to move forward and ease off to slow down, this is your main way to control speed. In most situations you won't need to use the brake at all.

Drift Control

The drift bar is a large hand lever and it's what makes this kart unique. Lever down drives normally, straight and stable. Lift the lever up and it unlocks the rear wheels for drifting. The higher you lift it, the more aggressive the drift becomes.

How to Drift Properly

Do this: keep light pressure on the accelerator, turn the steering wheel, lift the drift bar to break traction, and balance throttle with steering to control the slide.

Don't do this: don't use the brake while lifting the drift bar, and don't rely on the brake to control direction. Using the brake while drifting will reduce control, interrupt the slide and make the kart harder to handle.

Using the Brake

The brake is only for slowing down when needed. Use it gently to reduce speed and it's ideal for stopping after a run or on steeper terrain. It is not designed for drifting or cornering.

Downhill Use

Most of the time you can control speed just by easing off the accelerator. Use the drift bar to manage direction and only use the brake if you need extra stopping power.

Think of the Savage Drift Kart like a drift machine, your foot controls speed and the lever controls the slide.

Safety Reminder

Always wear appropriate safety gear, use it in open areas away from traffic, and start slow until you're comfortable with the controls.

This kart is built for riders from 5'6" up to 6'4" and a maximum weight of 136kg, or 300lb. It's the bigger XL build so taller riders get proper space and stability.

This is a recreational drift kart for private property or approved areas only, it is not designed or rated for road use.

It's designed to be ready to ride out of the box, no modification needed. Avoid making any changes to the electrical or mechanical components yourself.

It carries a 1 year limited warranty on manufacturing defects for non wear parts.
