Cannon Alpha Roller Keypad Setup Instructions

To ensure security, it’s recommended to immediately change the default codes for User and Management access.

1. Wake Up the System

   • Press # to wake up the keypad.

2. Enter Default Access Code

   • Input the default code 123456# to access the settings.

3. Wait for Green Light

   • Wait for the green light to turn off.

4. Access Advanced Options

   • Press # again, then enter *#123456# to access advanced options.

5. Update Security Codes

   • Follow these steps to change default codes:
     • Press 1 to change the User Code. Set a unique user code to restrict unauthorized access.
     • Press 4 to change the Management Code. Set a unique management code to secure advanced settings. (Default is 123456 – change this immediately to prevent unauthorized changes.)

6. Enroll a New Fingerprint

   • To add a fingerprint:
     • Press 2 for Fingerprint Enrollment.
     • Follow the prompts to scan your fingerprint four times. The system will prompt each time, and upon the fourth successful scan, it will confirm with a "Successful" message.

7. Other Options

   • 3 - Delete Fingerprint: Remove an existing fingerprint.
   • 5 - Door Open Mode: Configure the door open mode.
