The control module is water resistant under normal conditions but must be mounted in a protected dry location, away from wheel arches, underbody areas, or anywhere exposed to direct water spray, splashes, or pressure washing. Water damage from incorrect mounting is not covered under warranty.

Does this fit my Tank 300 model?
This harness is compatible with the GWM Tank 300 Petrol only. It is not compatible with the HEV or Diesel models. If you are not sure which variant you have, check your compliance plate or contact our support team before ordering.
Do I need to splice any wires?
No. The Savage TowKit is a genuine plug and play system. There is no wire splicing or complex wiring required. Connect the harness using the existing factory connectors and follow the included instructions to get towing fast.
Where do I mount the control module?
The control module must be mounted in a protected dry location. Keep it away from wheel arches, underbody areas, or any spot exposed to road spray, splashes, or pressure washing. The module is water resistant under normal operating conditions but it is not fully waterproof, and water damage from incorrect mounting is not covered under warranty.
Will it affect my cruise control or indicators?
No. The TowKit is specifically designed to retain cruise control functionality and fix the fast blinker issue caused by the factory OEM harness when a trailer is plugged in. Your indicators will operate normally after installation.
