Installation guide

Step 1: Align the cage brackets with the factory threaded holes in your tub. Step 2: Drill the single additional required hole for the nutsert. Step 3: Secure the cage using the supplied bolts, nutsert and nut. Only one extra hole is required, and you'll need a drill and a nutsert tool to complete the install.

Does this fit my exact model and year?

Yes, it's designed specifically for BYD Shark 6 models, using the factory threaded mounting points for a clean fit.

Is it ADR compliant?

As a tub storage accessory rather than a structural safety component, ADR compliance doesn't apply in the same way it does to bull bars or canopies. It's built tough from 4mm steel for genuine real world use.

Do I need to drill or modify anything?

Mostly no. The cage uses your factory threaded holes, but one additional hole needs to be drilled for the nutsert. You'll need a drill and a nutsert tool on hand for that step.

What sides is this available for and what's included?

It's available for the Left Passenger and Right Driver sides, sold individually or as a discounted full set. All brackets, bolts and fittings are included in the box. Nutsert tool is required for installaton, we have a cheap option listed above that works great!
